Compatible with Analytik Jena ICP-MS and Leeman.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0L/min & sample flow rate is 0.2mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.2mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 1.0L/min gas flow rate. OpalMist is made from high purity PFA resulting in the lowest background & exceptional resistance to HF.
